I can go back to when I was a early teen.

We'd go and I mean a couple more guys and myself. To the local Golf Club. Why because they had a beach area.

Where I grew up we had no access to any of the waterfront properties. Oh there was a couple of badly beaten up public swim areas.

But getting back to the Golf Club. We'd go there early in the morning. Never anyone around. No one in the Club House.

So we'd use the Beach for Skinny Dipping. And of course one day we got caught.

We'd sneak into the old abandoned houses that were supposed to be haunted. Then we'd run if the owners were coming to check on them.

Back then it never entered our minds to be destructive. If the door was knocked in we would explore, if it was intact we would never think to break in.

Spent a lot of one summer rescuing minnows caught in small pools of water when the river went down. We used our towels to catch them and carry them to the main river. We really thought we were doing something good...got good and sunburned in the process too.

Being a teen and having a good head of hair. I used a awful lot of Brylcreem.

Use to plaster it on and comb my hair to a v down the front.

Oh what a mess,wake up in the morning and all this brylcreem all over the place.

Man I was soooo broke as a teen . I had to deliver store fliers for 35 cents a thousand fliers. So I take them all. Deliver about half them and bury the other half.
For this I got about 3.50

I worked at the local Loblaws Grocery Store , after school and the weekends.
Made .25 per hour and no tips allowed. Bagged the groceries and carried them out , put them in the car or trunk for the folks. And if the manager ever caught you taking a Tip , you were Out.

Yep on halloween we used to have the biggest egg and green orange fights with the little town that was about three miles away. We used to really wipe them out when they would come by the pickup load through our little town. We would hide in the orange orchards and really nail them as they drove by. and after the got past us and thought they were home free the second group would blast them with eggs we had sitting for a month in the garage getting just right to use as ammo. That was some really great fun. i would like to do it again tomorrow

hey..we never did the halloween thingy because an old lady used a gun and shot our friend with salt...hit his nose and he was not happy........

We were very poor and I had to improvise,so I used colored pencil as an eye shadow
....did that for many years too......P.S.I buy the real thing now.
